here are some policies.

Processing Time

Processing your order may take 2-21 business days from when you place your order.

Please keep in mind that it may take longer, however you will be kept updated through the process and we aim to make processing as short as possible.

Shipping Times

Shipping to:
- the UK 2-4business days
- Europe 3-7 business days
- and world wide 5-7 business days
you will receive a tracking number.

Refunds and Returns

If, for any reason, you would like to return and get a refund please contact us at januarieco1 @gmail.com with your:

1. Full name (name on order)
2. Email (used to place order)
3. Order number
4. Items you wish to return and why

within 14 days of receiving your order to find out if you are eligible for a refund.

Earrings are not eligible for refunds for hygienic reasons. Same for any products that have been worn. 

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them in, with all their original packaging. 

Please note: items are thoroughly checked and packaged with care, therefore we are not responsible for the package once it has left us.
