Processing Time

Processing your order may  take 2-14 business days from when you place your order (please keep in mind that it may take longer, however you will be kept updated and we aim to make processing as short as possible).

Shipping Times

Shipping to:

- Europe 3-5 business days
- and world wide 5-7 business days
you will receive a tracking number.

Refunds and Returns

Due to hygienic reasons and the personalised nature of our pieces we will not be accepting returns or offering refunds as of right now. However, if you do encounter any issues - such as your item arriving incorrect or damaged - please contact us januarieco1 @gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
